The booking screen will allow a user to query or search any field on the screen excluding any fields in the Available Units section of the screen. If the query/search retrieves more than one record, each record will have its own page. The bottom left-hand side will display the number of records or pages retrieved and the record or page the user is on., for example, 1 of 450. The system will allow you to scroll to the next package by pressing N on the keyboard or P to go back to a previous record or page.
Some fields will allow for a wild card search by typing in * in the field. Those fields include:
· Booking
· Trucker
· Auth By
· Comments
· Release Max Eq
· Release Max C
· Added By
· Updated By
A couple fields have a list menu:
· Customer
· Depot
The system will display a list of a query. The list will display the booking #, Customer, Status, AnyC, AnyX, Mnt, and Load. Users can select a booking from the list and retrieve just the booking selected from the list.
