The Orders by Last Free Date (LFD) widget displays orders based on their Last Free Date, helping you quickly identify orders that require immediate attention.
Orders are grouped and surfaced based on time sensitivity, allowing you to prioritize work and prevent missed commitments.
Use this widget to:
Identify overdue orders that require immediate action
Monitor upcoming deadlines (orders approaching LFD)
Prioritize daily workload based on time remaining
Review key order details in one place (CSR, shipper, container, etc.)

Overdue
Displays the total number of orders past their Last Free Date
Almost Due
Displays orders approaching their Last Free Date
These counts update based on your filters and reflect the current state of your workload.
Use filters to refine the data shown:
From / To Date
Defines the Last Free Date range
Only orders within this range are displayed
Division
Filters orders by selected division
Defaults to All Divisions
Each row represents an order and includes:
Order – Order number and reference ID
CSR – Assigned representative
Shipper – Customer or shipping party
Container – Equipment identifier
LFD – Last Free Date
Time Remaining – Time until or past LFD
Visual indicators:
Red status and time label = Overdue
Time displayed as overdue duration (e.g., 7h 43m overdue)
Refresh icon
Updates the widget with the latest data
Export Excel
Downloads the current view for offline use or reporting
Last Updated Timestamp
Displays when the data was last refreshed
Review the Overdue count at the top
Focus on rows marked with red indicators
Prioritize orders with the longest overdue time
Set a From / To date range
Select a Division if needed
Review filtered results in the grid
Select an order from the list
Review details (CSR, container, LFD)
Use downstream processes (appointment setting, updates, etc.) to resolve
This widget is designed for daily operational use
Focus on Time Remaining to determine urgency
Filters directly impact both counts and grid results
Export can be used for handoffs or escalation tracking
