The D.O. is also how you talk to your drivers — sending them messages, and claiming the ones they send back.
Two ways to reach drivers from the driver list:
Some messages generate automatically. When a driver completes an export move and is loaded, or an import move and is emptied, the D.O. fires a billing auto-message. Like a driver's message, it shows on the driver's card with a red unclaimed icon and has to be claimed the same way — see Claim a message from a driver below.
When a driver sends a message, it shows as a red badge on their card in the driver list — and it needs to be claimed.
