Updating a Booking

Users must have specific permissions to be able to update an existing booking. All fields can be updated with the following exceptions:

·       Trucker

·       Accept Max Eq

·       Accept Max C

·       Qty Accept in the Available Unit Types section

The following fields cannot be modified to blank

·       Booking Number

·       Customer

·       Depot

·       Any Cont#

·       Any Chas#

·       Req Mount Co

·       Req Mount Ch

·       Flex

·       Status

Once a user saves the updates, the system will populate the Updated By field with the username, date, and time of the update.
