Order Entry – Order Statuses
The order status appears in this field of the order screen:
The below legend will appear at the bottom of the order screen listing the name of the different order statuses:
See below definitions:
If the field is BLANK, it has not been released to dispatch.
Ready – manual update – the order has been released to dispatch (to broker or assign to driver (core trucking)
Partial – system update – the order has both completed equipment moves and moves that have not been
brokered/assigned yet – meaning the equipment moves on the order have been partially
completed.
Dropped – system update – when a loaded container (Import order) is dropped in a customer pool or when an empty container is dropped at the shipper (Export order)
Assigned – system update – when an equipment move is brokered to a Vendor (or assigned to a driver for core trucking)
Dispatched – system update – when one or more equipment moves are updated with a date/time
Complete – manual update – an order is updated as Complete when all equipment moves are done.

Deferred – manual update – a CSR (core trucking) can defer an order which removes it from dispatch

Void – manual update – user voids an order
