To access the CSR Worksheet from SWS main menu, go to Customer Service, left click on Order Entry, then left click on Worksheet.
Contained within the CSR Worksheet is the Complete Not Invoiced (CNI) report. To access this report, left click on the down arrow next to “Query” then left click on “CNI”. (As below)
Filter Settings, Table Settings, Sort Settings and Export to Excel options are the same as when in “Query” mode. (As below)
Based on applied filter settings, the total # of orders in that query/filter will be displayed at the top of the worksheet, along with the Total (Sales) amount and the Billable amount. The Total $ amount indicates the total outstanding sales. The Billable amount is the $ amount that can be billed to the customers at that time.
NOTE: Two filters will auto populate once “CNI” Mode has been selected. Both filters will default to the current week’s close date which is always a Saturday. These two preset filters can be changed or deleted, but the returned data will be impacted. (See below examples)
Table Settings can be added or removed per user preference.
Under the “Work Order” (default) table setting:
“Y” stands for Yes, a Work Order has been received/accepted.
A RED “Y” means the Work Order has been received/accepted but exceptions exist.
“N” stands for No, a Work Order has not been received.
A RED “N” means the Work Order has been scanned but audit errors exist.
“E” indicates it is an EDI Order.
A RED “E” means there is an EDI error. (Rate mismatch, etc.)
Left click on the letter to view required Documents, Audit details and, if applicable, EDI mismatch information. (See example below)
