To access the CSR Worksheet from SWS main menu, go to Customer Service, left click on Order Entry, then left click on Worksheet.
Previously created “Bulk Queries” can be deleted when no longer needed. To delete ALL “Bulk Queries” at one time, first left click on the “Filter Settings” button located at the top of the worksheet. (As below)
A trash can symbol will display ONLY if “Bulk Queries” exist. (See example below)
In this example, three (3) “Bulk Queries” exist and will be deleted.
To proceed, left click on the trash can symbol “Delete Bulk Queries”. Once executed, the trash can symbol will no longer appear under “Filter Settings”. (As below)
NOTE: ALL FILTERS named “Bulk Query” will be deleted! Once this process has been executed; it cannot be undone.
