Your CHS group has completed field training related to the dispatch & driver requirements to request & approve a driver’s “16 Hour Rule” exception. The final piece of this process will now be visible in the Dispatch Optimizer (D.O.)
Once the approval process has been completed, on the driver’s “card”, a new “16-Hour Rule” line has been added and will read “Active”. “Inactive” would indicate the approval process has not been completed. (See snapshots below)
