Access to certain features within the booking screen is dependent on the privileges granted to a user. The screen has options for the following:
· Query- search for an existing booking
· Add- add a new booking
· Update- update an existing booking
· Next- scroll through the screens where there are multiple bookings
· Previous- scroll to the previous screen where there are multiple bookings
· Output- print, display or email a booking
· Delete- delete a booking
· Listing-List queried booking when the query returns multiple records for easier review and allow a user to select a specific booking
