There may be a situation in which you are asked to cover a Pro for a different division. In order for you to properly capture the sales, it will be necessary to change divisions.
From SWS main menu go to Customer Service, click on Order Entry, then click on Order. Next, type a “Q” to “Query”. Type the Div/Pro for the Pro # you wish to change and hit the “Esc” key to display the Pro.
From the Command line, use the “Tab” key or right directional arrow to move to the Change Div Header (highlighted in white as below) and hit the “Enter” key. (See below)

Type the one or two-digit division number in the white space and hit the “Enter” key. The order will update with a new Pro #. (example below)
NOTE: Any documents already scanned into the pro will automatically update to the new Pro #. An email will auto generate notifying the USER they have changed divisions and includes both the old and new pro numbers.
