Upon entering the lane, please follow the below bullet points:
· There is one inbound and one outbound lane.
· Drivers should stop at the stop signs if a driver is already in the lane or at the kiosk.
· No more than one truck in the lane/kiosk at one time
· Bobtails should not go through the automated gates.
· If you are picking up a chassis from lot B and a container from lot C. Please check out the chassis and container on lot C.
· Drivers should drive around 10-15 mph in the lane.
· Once at the kiosk enter 2-digit division and pro number with no dash (screen will show booking number, please enter your pro number)
· If your pro has a single digit division, add a zero to the front (ex. 8-123456 will be 08123456)
· After entering the 2-digit division and pro number, if the gate arm opens processed forward.
· Gate arms will only remain open for about 15 seconds.
· Please be sure to update your equipment numbers within the PowerDirect app on your tablet or contact your dispatch office before approaching the outgate.
· When you pull up to the kiosk screen and it shows “please wait”, please ring the call button and alert whomever answers to contact Nascent to reset the system.
· If you have any questions after the gate opens, please ring the call button.
· After entering the 2-digit division and pro number, and a message displays on the kiosk stating could not create EIR- press the call button.
· After entering the 2-digit division and pro number, and a message displays on the kiosk stating container or chassis number doesn’t match- press the call button.
· After entering the 2-digit division and pro number, and a message displays on the kiosk stating please wait for assistance- press the call button.
· An equipment specialist will get to you as soon as they can, please be patient.
· Please DO NOT back out of the lane once you have entered. This is a safety concern.
